INGCO Product Warranty
Every INGCO Tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. From the date of purchase, a 3-month warranty is applied to material and production defects for each INGCO tool. Should any trouble develop during these 3 months, return the complete tool to the original Point of Sale with a copy of the purchase receipt. If inspection shows the fault is caused by material or products defects, INGCO will repair it free of charge.
This warranty does not apply where:
- Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear
- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
- The original plug/tool has been changed or altered
- The tool shows signs of industrial use on a non-industrial machine
- The tool has been operated on a supply voltage other than specified on the tool
- The tool has been operated with incorrect oil, fuel, or fuel mix
- The tool shows signs of damage or defects caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations
- Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the instruction manual
- Failure to correctly fit, adjust or sharpen the chain, blade or cutting attachment
- The tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way
- Warranty Determination is at the sole discretion of the supplier and the decision is final
